At Trusted Ally, you are not only a client, but a member of a larger family of fellow Energy Workers. As part of our family, we want you to thrive, flourish and relish every moment of your life. Living your life to its greatest potential includes maximizing your financial and medical benefits under the EEOICPA program.

Maximizing your benefits includes ensuring any and all possible Consequential Conditions are thoroughly examined in order to add them to your White Card.

What is a consequential condition?

An illness, symptom, injury, impairment, and/or disease that has developed due to, been contributed to by, or been aggravated by the effects of your primary covered condition.

Adding a Consequential Condition to your White Card provides multiple benefits:

  • Medical care, medical equipment, prescriptions, ancillary services like physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and hospitalization.
  • Home care services like Skilled Nursing and Home Health Aide assistance.
  • Eligibility for a new Impairment Rating.
  • For every percentage of overall bodily impairment, there is financial compensation in the amount of $2,500 up to a maximum of $250,000.

We have a team of dedicated professionals specializing in examining your medical records to detect potential Consequential Conditions. We take pride in creating a rationalized medical report with supporting references to link the connection between your currently approved conditions and the condition you are seeking approval.
